Bring your lawn chair, view the Boat Parade and enjoy Gospel music on the bluff or join the parade in your own boat. Make plans now to gather at the sandbar before 3:00 PM and process to the Church of the Cross

KAYAK & PADDLE BOARD TOURS ON THE MAY RIVER, MONDAY - SATURDAY
There will be two tours available: an "early bird" tour at 8:00 AM for $20.00 and a 10:00 AM tour for $25.00 per person.  Price includes kayak or paddle board and 1 1/2 hour tour around the May River. Anyone that has a kayak or paddle board and wants to "tag along" can do so for free.  There is a 17 person maximum for each tour, so be sure and call 843-684-3296 for reservations.

Al Stokes, Manager/Wildlife Biologist IV, presents a tour of the Waddell Mariculture Center followed by a Crab-Pickin' and Oyster-Shuckin' Demonstration by the ladies of  The Bluffton Oyster Company. Guests will benefit from the results of their hard work as a prelude to the Dinner Buffet.  The buffet catered by the Toomers includes Gumbo 3 Ways (chicken, sausage, seafood), caesar salad, cornbread, cookies, tea.  Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

AUTHOR NIGHT "CELEBRATE THE LOW COUNTRY" with New York Times bestselling author Patti Callahan Henry and critically acclaimed author, Susan Rebecca White. Special guest Bluffton Mayor Lisa Sulka will introduce our featured authors. 5:30 – 8:00 PM at Rotary Community Center at Oscar Frazier Park. We are excited to have Patti Callahan Henry with us this year; her newest book, And Then I Found You, is set in Bluffton! Susan Rebecca White, author of Bound South and rising star of New South fiction, has a 3rd book, A Place at the Table, scheduled for release in June! Make plans now to attend this exciting evening as our featured authors share details about their background and writing, their past books, current ones and sneak previews for what’s next...an evening to be shared with friends! FAMILY NIGHT AT THE PROMENADE              6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
This Festival event offers fun, food, story telling, movies and activities for the whole family.

Under Sea books will be read and stories told at Booksalicious. Sidewalk Chalk Art; Environmental Activities and more for everyone’s enjoyment. Food and drink will be available for purchase.  Featured children's movie will be shown in the park; BYO lawn chairs or blanket. Look out for the Pirates!

A fantastic guided 1-hour cruise of the May River. Learn about Bluffton History & Culture. View Palmetto Bluff, Myrtle Island and the old Bluffton Oyster Factory from a fantastic vantage point and, of course, observe our local bottlenose dolphin.  $20/person. 10K ROAD RACE & 5K FUN RUN       8:00AM – 10:30AM  Bluffton Oyster Factory Park. Join us for a run through Old Town Bluffton with scenic river and marsh views. Compete in a fast-paced 10K or complete the 5K with the entire family! Both events will be professionally chip timed.

CHILDREN’S FISHING TOURNAMENT, BLUFFTON OYSTER CO. 10:00AM –2:00PM Register between 10:00 - 10:30AM at The Oyster Factory.  Weigh-In at 2:00PM at the public dock at Calhoun Street.  There is no fee. Prizes will be awarded.

Enjoy our juried art show featuring over 100 local and regional artists from 10 different states, displaying an array of fine art: oils, pastels, acrylics, photography, pottery, ceramics, water color and much, much more. Local seafood and low country cuisine served by area restaurants. Cherish our Waterways and Low Country Environmental Exhibits. History of Bluffton at The Heyward House Museum and Welcome Center.
