COLLIN STOKES MEMORIAL INSHORE FISHING TOURNAMENT,POSTPONED; NEW DATE TBD  Join us for the 2nd Annual Collin Stokes Fishing Tournament at Shelter Cove Marina, Hilton Head Island.  Lines in at 8:00am; weigh-in at 5:30pm.  $125.00 per boat; prizes for largest redfish and largest trout.

There will be two tours available: an "early bird" tour at 8:00AM for $20.00 and a 10:00AM tour for $25.00 per person.  Price includes kayak or paddle board and 1 1/2 hour tour around the May River. Join Al Stokes, Manager/Wildlife Biologist IV, as he presents what is happening at the Waddell Mariculture Center during the renovation process.  Eric Horan, environmental photographer and certified master naturalist, will join Dr. Stokes in presenting his exploration of the waterways of the Low Country through his camera followed by a Crab-Pickin' and Oyster-Shuckin' Demonstration by the ladies of The Bluffton Oyster Company. Guests will benefit from the results of their hard work as a prelude to the Dinner Buffet.  The buffet, catered by the Toomers, includes Gumbo 2 Ways (chicken and seafood), Caesar salad, cornbread, cookies and tea.  Beer and wine will be available for purchase.  A brief boat tour of the Colleton River with Captain Chris of May River Excursions will be available at no extra charge.
