KAYAK & PADDLE BOARD TOURS ON THE MAY RIVER, MONDAY - SATURDAY
There will be two tours available: an "early bird" tour at 8:00AM for $20.00 and a 10:00AM tour for $25.00 per person.  Price includes kayak or paddle board and 1 1/2 hour tour around the May River. Anyone that has a kayak or paddle board and wants to "tag along" can do so for free.  There is a 17 person maximum for each tour, so be sure and call 843-684-3296 for reservations.

Dinner & Learn Tour at Waddell Mariculture Center 5:30PM

Join Al Stokes, Manager/Wildlife Biologist IV, as he presents a tour of the Waddell Mariculture Center followed by a Crab-Pickin' and Oyster-Shuckin' Demonstration by the ladies of The Bluffton Oyster Company. Guests will benefit from the results of their hard work as a prelude to the Dinner Buffet.  The buffet, catered by the Toomers, includes Gumbo 2 Ways (chicken and seafood), Caesar salad, cornbread, cookies and tea.  Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

We are excited to have Patti Callahan Henry with us this year as she talks about her book, And Then I found You, set in Bluffton, and her newest book, The Stories We Tell. 10K ROAD RACE & 5K FUN RUN       8:00AM – 10:30AM  Bluffton Oyster Factory Park. Join us for a run through Old Town Bluffton with scenic river and marsh views. Compete in a fast-paced 10K or complete the 5K with the entire family! Both events will be professionally chip timed.

CHILDREN’S FISHING TOURNAMENT, BLUFFTON OYSTER CO. 10:00AM –2:00PM Register between 10:00 - 10:30AM at The Oyster Factory.  Weigh-In at 2:00PM at the public dock at Calhoun Street.  There is no fee. Prizes will be awarded.

ART & SEAFOOD STREET FEST          10:00AM – 5:00PM
HISTORIC DISTRICT BLUFFTON          FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY
Enjoy our juried art show featuring over 100 local and regional artists from 10 different states, displaying an array of fine art: oils, pastels, acrylics, photography, pottery, ceramics, water color and much, much more. Local seafood and low country cuisine served by area restaurants. Cherish our Waterways and Low Country Environmental Exhibits. History of Bluffton at The Heyward House Museum and Welcome Center.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
Favorite bands will entertain on three stages throughout the day:

The “Art of Cuisine” Iron Chef Challenge in Neptune’s Galley.

11:00AM – 12:30PM. Join the fun and watch top chefs from the area compete to create the best seafood dishes.

ART IN THE PARK             2:00PM – 5:00PM
Children's art activities under the "big tent" brought to you by Creative Outlet SC.  Visit the stations around the tent and create your very own masterpiece. 
Prizes, fun and much, much more for the budding artists of all ages.

BLUFFTON'S PADDLESPORTS RACE
Marshgrass Adventures and Stand and Paddle have joined forces to present Bluffton's first paddle sports race.  The "Paddle Battle" will consist of a 3 and 6 mile race and will finish up with a one design sprint race.  Divisions are as follows:
Recreational 3 mile
Elite 6 mile

These races will be for kayaks, canoes and SUP's. Entry fee of $20 per event will be required of participants.  Same day on-site registration begins at 8:00AM. Start time is 9:00AM at Bluffton Oyster Company Park. 

In addition a Stand Up Paddle One Design Race will be offered for all participants starting at 1:00PM.  All participants will be on the same exact board, navigating a series of turns in numbered heats.  Marshgrass Adventures has ordered six identical boards for this race, so no one will have a board advantage. Entry fee will be $10 per entry.  This will be a spectator event in front of the Church of the Cross, off of the public dock.
