Don’t miss this year’s Art Of Cuisine “Iron Chef” Challenge on Saturday. Watch six chefs prepare a dish in one hour and then face the judges. The only hitch is the main ingredients will be a complete surprise. They will be provided with two types of seafood and two non-seafood ingredients. While each chef gets to use six of their own ingredients, they’ll just have to gamble on which six to bring. Chefs will be judged on presentation, taste, creative use of secret ingredients and overall quality. This year they will also be required to name the dishes with points awarded for flair. The Challenge will take place from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm on Calhoun Street at Carson Cottages. Don't miss it!
